PRN Admin isn't typical virtual assistance, we were built by healthcare professionals for healthcare professionals. Our founder spent over a decade as a paediatric emergency nurse, mastering calm precision when things feel chaotic. That's what we bring to your operations.

It all started amid the crescendo and chaos of a hospital Emergency Department. I spent more than ten years working as a paediatric emergency nurse. The work was fast-paced and unpredictable, but it was also deeply human. Every shift demanded focus, calm, and compassion, even in the most overwhelming moments. Nursing shaped my sense of identity, and for a long time, I thought it would be my life's work.
But over the years, I began to feel the cost of a career that asked everything of me. Long hours meant missing weddings, birthdays, and Christmases. My schedule was dictated by duty, not by choice. As my responsibilities grew, so did the demands on my time. Sound familiar? Nursing gave me purpose, but it didn't give me balance. Moving to France gave me the push I needed to rethink a life on my terms. I wanted work that mattered, but that didn't consume everything.
That vision led to PRN Admin. I started working with busy health and wellness practitioners who were brilliant at what they did, but stretched too thin to manage everything else. When the work grew, I built a small team. Now, each client has a dedicated Core VA, but we work together behind the scenes, covering each other and sharing information so nothing gets missed. You work with one main person, but you're supported by all of us.
The skills I developed in nursing are still at the heart of what we do: staying calm under pressure, managing competing priorities, and caring about the details that others might overlook. Those abilities didn't leave when I stepped away from clinical work; they just shifted into supporting businesses like yours.
